These Terms cover website use only. Engagements for consulting, development, and other professional services are governed by separate agreements specific to each project.

Client Engagements
These Terms do not govern client engagements, consulting services, software development, or any professional services provided by AppAxis. Those relationships are governed by separate Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, or other contracts negotiated individually with each client.
